Our team brings decades of industry experience and has worked together for nearly ten years. Combining sophisticated underwriting with hands-on operational expertise, we partner with management teams to build businesses and improve asset performance through acquisitions, commercial strategy, operations and capital allocation.

Strategic Value Partners, LLC, (“SVP”) is a global alternative investment firm that invests across the full range of opportunistic strategies – from performing and event driven debt to hybrid solutions, hard assets (infrastructure, real estate, power, airplanes) and special situations private equity. It has extensive resources to improve or transform companies, as well as hard assets, with a team of in-house operating partners, and operating platforms in power, retail real estate and aviation. SVP brings more than two decades of experience investing in the power sector, including approximately $3.2 billion invested across 31 power transactions since 2008.
In 2024, SVP established EverGen Power, a platform led by experienced industry professionals focused on thermal power in North America, with an investment and operating model similar to EverGreen.
